Each block below is a complete, standalone scope, not a step you have to pay before the next one. If you already know you want an MVP, you pay for the MVP. You don't pay for Discovery first, or for an Embedded Squad on top. Every figure is a typical starting price for that engagement. Most projects begin here, and the final quote is set to your scope after a 30-minute call, so it can land higher for more ambitious builds. Naira pricing is set at half the pound price for engagements billed locally out of Lagos.
